Hi everyone, welcome to Stokie's thoughts. Happy New Year to all of you, and thank you for your support and prayers during this past year. Wow...what a season. Even though it didn't end up like we had hoped, there were a lot of positives. My back is feeling great, and we made it through the season without any major injuries. As many of you know, I am a free agent again this year, so we'll spend the off season looking for a home for 2006. Hopefully, the Falcons like having me around, and we'll be back in Georgia next season. But, either way, the Lord will find a place for me somewhere.
Am planning on doing a little traveling during the off-season. My Brother Brian and I are going to head South to the Caribbean to see if we can hook into a couple of Marlin, and I am sure with the Super Bowl being in my hometown, that a couple of the boys will head up to take it all in. After that, it is back to getting ready for the season. It seems like the off-season gets shorter every year. But, I am sure that Dr. Ping has some exciting plans for whipping me into even better shape for 2006.
Thanks again to all of you for your support and prayers this past year. I couldn't do it without all of your help. Check back here for updates on me, and hopefully a couple nice pictures of a Marlin or two. God Bless !
